About Melissa:
Melissa Newman is the Founder and President of DealADayOnline. Melissa was born and raised in Deerfield, IL and attended Emory University for undergrad studying Psychology and Political Science. She received her MBA in Marketing from the University Of Chicago. She spent 12 years in the corporate world doing Marketing/Brand Management at Kraft Foods, Alberto Culver, Wrigley, and Miller Brewing Company. Motivated by her love of Chicago and excited by the power of the Internet and Marketing, Melissa launched DealADayOnline in October, 2009. She loves the city of Chicago and wanted to find a way to make it easier and cheaper to experience all the great things to do, see, shop for in Chicago.
